Fender Musical Instruments Corp. (FMIC), of Scottsdale, Az, has recalled about 90 SWR Natural Blonde Acoustic Bass Amplifiers. The amplifier’s wiring can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
Tiffany Food Corp. of New York has recalled Bifeng Nong fu Shanzhuang plum candy and Chi Ling Gourmet Foods hot olive. They may contain undeclared sulfites, posing and allergy risk.
Wisconsin River Brand products has recalled “Wisconsin’s Finest Fresh Bratwurst” and “Fresh Jalapeno Bratwurst.” These products contain undeclared soy and pose an allergy risk.
United Food Group Inc. of West Dundee, IL, has recalled a variety of Victorian Inn, Perfect Servings and Herico products that contain nonfat dry milk, due to a salmonella risk.
Domestications, of Weehawken, NJ, has recalled about 780 Domestications Bed Steps, imported by Hanover Direct Inc., of Weehawken, NJ. The bed steps can break during use, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Burlington Coat Factory, of Burlington, NL. has recalled about 13,300 Boys Hooded Sweatshirts and Warm Up Sets, distributed by KOMAN Sportswear, of Carlstadt, NJ. The sweatshirts and jackets to the warm up sets have drawstrings through the hoods, posing a strangulation hazard.
Little Tikes, of Hudson, OH has recalled about 1,950 Little Tikes Clubhouse Swing Sets. The swing sets did not come with assembly directions for the swing seat harness. Improper assembly could cause the seats to detach, resulting in a risk of falling and injury.
The Sherwin-Williams Co., of Cleveland, OH has recalled about 76,000 Purdy 2 ½” 4-Edge Scrapers, manufactured by Allway Tools Inc., of Bronx, NY. The scraper’s body can break away from the handle when struck against a hard object, posing a laceration hazard to users.
Frigidaire, of Cleveland, Ohio has recalled about 35,000
Crosley, Frigidaire, Kelvinator, Kenmore, Wascomat, and White-Westinghouse clothes washers. An internal defect in the washer’s drain pump can cause heat to build up, posing a fire hazard to the consumer.

NEW DELHI: After tests showed that it could cause damage to the liver, breast cancer drug Albupax, manufactured by Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma, is to be pulled from the market at the request of the country’s top drug regulator.
Nutracoastal Trading LLC of Freeport, N.Y., is recalling two dietary supplements, STEAM and S-DROL. They may contain undeclared ingredients that could interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, potentially lowering blood pressure to dangerous levels.
Frontera Produce, of Edinburg, TX, is voluntarily recalling one lot of cilantro due to potential contamination with salmonella.

Haifa Smoked Fish, Inc is voluntarily recalling all Haifa Smoked Fish brand Cold Smoked Whitefish sold between December 7, 2008 and June 18, 2009, due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
Roush Performance Products, Inc. is recalling 81 MY 2010 Ford Mustangs that were altered by Roush to include a sport brake kit option. An issue with the caliper anchor plate mounting bolts may result in a loss of stopping performance, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash.
Indian Groceries & Spices Inc. of Skokie, IL, is recalling select packages of Nirav Golden Raisins. They may contain sulfites not listed on the label and pose a danger for people with sulfite allergies.
Blitz USA Inc., of Miami, OK, has recalled about 4,000 Enviro-Flo Plus Fuel Containers (1 and 2 gallon container sizes). An issue with the spout’s plunger cap could lead to liquid gasoline spilling from the top of the container, posing a fire hazard.
BabySwede LLC, of Cleveland, OH. has recalled about 6,500 BabyBjörn Babysitter Balance and BabyBjörn Babysitter Balance Air bouncer chairs. The padded area of the bouncer chair contains small, sharp metal objects which could protrude, posing a laceration hazard.

Hyundai Caribbean-Puerto Rico has recalled 3,011 MY 2005-2007 Elantra, Tucson, Sonata, Azera and Accent vehicles. An issue with the stop lamp may cause the brake lights to malfunction posing a safety risk. And may also cause the gear shift to stick in the park position.
Blue Bird is recalling 9,117 MY 2008 - 2010 Vision School Buses. The power steering lid gasket may deteriorate, contaminating the power steering fluid. This could pose a crash risk as a result of loss of power steering assist.
Blue Bird is recalling 35 MY 2010 All American School Buses. Insufficient rivets were installed in the rear headliner panel. Passengers may sustain injuries in the event of a crash.
Blue Bird is recalling 1,709 My 2009 and 2010 All American Front Engine School Buses equipped with “07″ Engines, Air Brakes And Spring Suspensions. When the bus is loaded with passengers the springs compress, which could allow the air brake hose to contact the drive line. This could ultimately lead to a rupture in the air brake hose posing a crash risk.
Daimler Trucks North America is recalling 35 MY 2010 MVP-EF and HSX Thomas Built transit buses. The emergency exit push-out window may be installed improperly resulting in binding of the window, increasing the risk of personal injury in the event of an emergency evacuation.

OJ Electronics, of Chicago, IL, has recalled about 30,000 208-Volt and 240-Volt Thermostats. If the thermostat’s floor sensor, or its cable, is damaged from cutting, drilling, or nailing, while the power supply is connected, there’s a risk of electric shock.
Chandra Rugs, of Adairsville, GA, has recalled about 400 Art Collection Leather Shag Rugs. The rugs don’t meet federal flammability standards and pose a fire and burn hazard.
Stamina Products Inc. of Springfield, MO, has recalled about 11,000 Elliptical Cross Trainers. The company has clarified assembly instructions concerning the elliptical pedal shafts. The pedal shafts could loosen from the cranks, if not securely tightened, possibly causing serious injury and/or damage to the product.
Buster Brown has expanded a previous recall to include approximately 1.4 million Clog Children’s Shoes. Decorative wheels on the shoes can detach, posing a choking hazard.
Fiesta Gas Grills, of Dickson, TN, has recalled about 113,000 Blue Ember gas grills in the U.S. and Canada. The gas tank hose can get too close to the firebox, posing a fire hazard.

On October 30, 2008, Dell expanded a 2006 laptop battery recall involving Dell Latitude, Inspiron, XPS and Dell Precision Mobile Workstation notebook computers. There is a potential for some of these batteries to overheat posing a risk of fire.
Harley Davidson has recalled 1,759 MY 2009 FLTRSE3 motorcycles equipped with blade rear wheel accessory kits. As a result of a secondary heat treatment there may be a crack on some wheels. This could result in wheel failure and poses a crash risk.

China’s FAW Car Co., Ltd. has recalled 1,182 Besturn models due to defective roof windows. Glass on the roof window may loosen from the metal frame, possibly leading to noise and water leakage. Roof windows could ultimately fall off posing a safety risk.
Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Inc. is recalling five lots of FLUVIRIN Influenza vaccine Luer-Lok pre-filled syringes. Routine stability revealed a minor deviation in the potency of the A/Brisbane (H1N1) component of the vaccine.
Nikon is recalling the Nikon D5000 digital SLR camera. It doesn’t meet factory specifications which may, in certain circumstances, prevent the camera from turning on.

Bridgestone has expanded a recall announced in October of 2008 to include about 127,000 Firestone FR380 P235/75 R15 tires. The tires have an insufficient tread base gauge. Some may have been sold in Canada.
Chang Farm of Whatley, MA, has issued a voluntary recall of its Soy Bean Sprouts with the specific sell-by date of July 17, 2009. There is the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes (L. Monocytogenes) contamination.
Sweet Superior Fruit Co., of McAllen TX is recalling 104 crates of fresh cilantro due to possible salmonella poisoning.
Hobby Lobby Stores, of Oklahoma City, OK is recalling about 500 of its Leather Butterfly Chairs. The chair legs can detach, unexpectedly causing the chair to collapse, which poses a fall hazard to consumers.

Haloteco has recalled Libipower Plus. The drug has been marketed as a dieting aid but contains Tadalalafil which is the active ingredient of FDA approved drugs for Erectile Dysfunction (ED). The product label doesn’t states it contain tadalafil which may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
Canada** Health Canada is recalling five types of Rossignol cross-country ski boots because the sole could separate from the boot while skiing increasing the risk of personal injury.

The anti-stow interlock may not detect the presence of a wheelchair or mobility aid user. This could result in the lift stowing even though someone or something is still on the lift.
Volkswagen of America, Inc., is recalling 18,500 MY 2009 Routan vehicles. The owner’s manual omitted required information explaining that no objects should be placed over or near the air bag on the instrument panel. This could cause injury to occupants in the event of a crash severe enough to cause the air bag to inflate.
Volvo has recalled around 8,500 green cars, primarily from Sweden, due to an issue with the fuel pump that may cause the vehicle to stall.

Simplicity Inc. and SFCA Inc. of Reading, Pa is recalling about 400,000 Drop Side Cribs. The plastic hardware can fail causing the drop side to detach leading to an entrapment and suffocation risk.
